Zumba is a Colombian dance fitness program created by dancer and choreographer Alberto Beto Perez during the 1990s.
Zumba involves dance and aerobic elements. Zumba''s choreography incorporates hip-hop, soca, samba, salsa, merengue, mambo, martial arts, and some Bollywood and belly dance moves. Squats and lunges are also included.
- Zumba Gold- COMING SOON!
Zumba Gold is based on the same dance moves used in the original Zumba class. The Gold class, however, is less intense, with dance routines designed for beginners and older adults who may have limited capabilities.
- Kick Boxing
Mix up your routine with the balance, coordination and strength building moves of boxing or kick boxing while burning 300-600* calories. These high-intensity classes are a great full body workout, incorporating a broad range of punches and athletic drills. - Happy Hour Fitness
Our fun fitness opportunity designed for those that work day shifts and want to grab a workout on the way home. We offer a 2 1/2 hour workout window where you can come anytime and get as much as you want from 30 minutes to 2 hours, it is up to you! Workout is Zumba focused and with some toning and stretching included. After your workout, join us in the Café for some special Happy Hour drinks and healthy snacks to complete your experience.
- Personal Training
A personal trainer is a fitness professional involved in exercise prescription and instruction. They motivate clients by setting goals and providing feedback and accountability to clients. Trainers also measure their client''s strengths and weaknesses with fitness assessments. These fitness assessments may also be performed before and after an exercise program to measure their client''s improvements in physical fitness.
